Orders

Orders placed are normally fulfilled within 48hrs of purchase unless it is original artwork purchased that is part of a current exhibition. In this case, the order will be fulfilled after the exhibition has concluded. If you have any questions about your order, please contact me immediately by email (keith@yourillustrator.com)

Returns

Please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason there should be a problem, please notify me immediately. If your purchase is damaged, keep all original packaging and contact me immediately by email (keith@yourillustrator.com). 

If you are not satisfied with your item, a return or exchange can be made within 15 days of purchase if in its original condition. I cannot accept returns on the following items: original artwork or one-of-a-kind items. I also cannot reimburse cost of shipping. After 15 days, returns may be made for store credit only.
